Poem: You don't know

Hello, another day another poem, I am, by the way, posting quite   a lot of poetry on my blog, but don’t worry, I have some essays and stories in store that will be posted soon Inshaallah. This poem turned out quite difficult to write, and it also took up more time than I had expected, I had aimed to write a classical "Poetry" piece with all the balance in words, rhymes, etc, and I did achieve it (to some extent at least). You never know when the calamity is about to strike When the darkness is about to fall  when you will be gripped in the hands of fright There will be people of all kinds Some watery eyes, some all smiles Some under the blessed shade,  Some left out to rot and fade You never know what the next hour will bring The luxuries of this world, or a grave calling for a dig On the roller coaster of this life Just mute out all the noise Wait for some time Reconnect with him, the most merciful, the most wise Then start all over again For You never know what the nex...

Poem: Shall I tell you a story

  Hello readers, I'm back after a short break. I think this time is enough for a break, not too long, nor too short So today's poem is on the topic of the ongoing Palestine issue, maybe I'm quite late in this regard, and I should've done this pretty sooner, well, I had intended to do so, but ideas won't come to me and yet, when they had finally sprung up, I picked up my pen and started filling pages of my diary.
